  2. Tear a strip of tape with your hand being careful not to twist or crimp the tape.
  3. Apply an anchor strip (the first end of the tape strip, which you apply with no tension).
  4. Apply the middle of the tape, stretching it to the amount of support you need.
  5. Finish applying the tape by creating an anchor with the other end.
  6. Apply the necessary amount of strips to support the area.
