Product Supply During COVID-19

With COVID-19 continuing to impact people and countries around the world, we also continue to receive unprecedented demand for infection control products. Our Managing Director, Mark Fleming, has released a statement to provide some clarity about the supply of our products.

COVID-19 Update For Fleming Medical Customers

We are in the business of ensuring everyone is equipped to fight COVID-19 by supplying infection control products. We take the responsibility of providing these necessary products to pharmacies, healthcare facilitates and first-line responders very seriously.

Supply
Our logistics and supply team are working closely with our manufacturing partners to secure continuity of supply. Our warehouse and office team continue to receive in products and distribute them out to our customers but worldwide demand is so great it is slowing down supply at the moment.

Pricing
We are aware of some companies hiking up prices on products like hand sanitisers. We are committed to controlling our prices even in light of the high demand. We will continue to absorb rising costs for infection control products as is feasible to offer products at original prices and have asked our retail customers to do the same.

I would like to also take this opportunity to thank the amazing team here at Fleming Medical for all their hard work during this very challenging time. They have worked around the clock to ensure that our customers’ needs are met and that we are all ready to fight against COVID-19.

We continue to try our best to meet the demand and are committed to working with our customers to help manage expectations. Let’s not forget, we all have a part to play in fighting this virus and this must be taken seriously.
