Webinar: Asthma & Allergy Awareness
Asthma, a chronic and incurable condition, affected an estimated 262 million people in 2019. In an endeavour to reduce the symptoms of asthma, sufferers are often advised to avoid triggers so that medication does not need to be used as much.

Avoiding triggers is often impossible, especially during the summer as it is peak time for seasonal allergies. Pollen, which is brought about by grass, trees and weeds can flair up symptoms such as sneezing, itchy throat and swelling of the mouth/airways. These symptoms can make everyday life extremely hard for asthma sufferers.
