Technical Services Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our Technical Services Team.

A key focus is to establish and maintain strong personal relationships with key customer contacts.

Role responsibilities:
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of all electro medical products
  • Take ownership of all assigned customer service calls, repairs, installations, preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring timely closure of outstanding service issues
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and remediating customer related product issues
  • Open, track and close related service requests and products returns analysis, including escalation as required
  • Maintain and organise appropriate records to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations
  • Manage performance, training etc. of service team members
  • Liaise with other site departments: quality, operations, sales and marketing
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, in a senior technical role
  • Experience leading a small team
  • A full clean driving licence
Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both spoken and written form
  • Self-motivated, flexible, organised and a good team player with the ability to prioritise own work based on departmental and site requirements
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft®, ERP and QMS database systems
  • Willingness and availability to travel on company business as required
  • Demonstrates behaviours in line with company core values and ethics standards
