Key Account Executive (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to provide maternity cover. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Sales Manager to develop business in existing Key Accounts and introduce new products to the retail pharmacy market.

You will represent Fleming Medical as a sales professional focusing your attention on OTC pharmacy products. You will work as part of a solutions-selling pharmacy team, forming part of an experienced well-established business. You will introduce and sell our family of own branded Fleming, Medicare & Physiologix products direct to assigned pharmacies.

Experience & Knowledge:

Maintain and develop Key Accounts and long- term relationships with our Pharmacy customers.
Introduce new products and product improvements to the market.
Support various sales and marketing campaigns by carrying out customer product demonstrations in conjunction with the requirements of the marketing and sales team.
Follow up on leads assigned to you by the Pharmacy Sales manager
Measure, manage and report on customer feedback and work with the team to ensure customer service excellence is delivered consistently.
Remain up to date on product development, competitor activity, and any potential customer requirements
Continuously work to identify possible business development opportunities in order to contribute to growing the Fleming Medical business

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years Account management experience and effective selling skills, including key account and business planning, forecasts, account analysis and performance measurement.
Experience in a medical device/retail pharmacy sales role would be preferable
Demonstrable record of target achievement
Proficient user of ERP systems and MS Office suite
Target driven and customer focused

Training is provided so that you will reach a high level of awareness in terms of the performance, features, pricing, and logistics of the company's products.
