Operate and maintain a quality system which conforms to the requirements of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13465: 2003

Ensure the quality system, as outlined in the Quality Manual and subsidiary manuals, provides a satisfactory service to our customer, by
(a) ensuring that our products have been selected from carefully screened suppliers and (b) striving to improve all aspects of our products, in order to inspire confidence in our customers, which will ensure their satisfaction.

Operate to the highest safety standards in respect of our premises, our practices and the equipment in our care.
